Mr. R Baskaran
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. R. Baskaran is a respected leader in India’s shoemaking and industrial machinery sector. With roots in the country’s footwear manufacturing hub, his interest in engineering and shoemaking machinery began early and shaped his entire career.
A qualified Mechanical Engineer, he gained practical expertise working with prominent shoemaking companies, strengthening his technical knowledge and industry understanding.
Driven by ambition, he founded P.R. Engineering in 1995, marking the start of his entrepreneurial journey.
Through extensive travel and industry exposure, Mr. Baskaran built strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and global partners, earning recognition as a trusted expert in machinery solutions.
Today, as Managing Director of PR Groups, he leads a dedicated team focused on delivering reliable footwear machinery, leather goods equipment, and industrial components. His emphasis on quality, precision, and customer satisfaction has helped PR Groups grow into a dependable partner for manufacturers across India.
